Marketing tip for sellers
I’ve had more than one buyer come to me and say that they had seen “everything” currently on the market.
However, when we actually did go showing, I found out it was the very first time they had ever been in a listing.
They had “seen” everything only on the internet. Lesson learned.
Listing agents who don’t have top notch pics just loose out. Even if you are a lousy photographer, such as myself, hire someone…I do.
