2) I will research properties for you based on the criteria supplied to ensure you make the right informed decisions.
3) You will be provided with a list of properties that fall within your requested price range, preferred square footage, location, amount of bedrooms/bathrooms, construction/age of building, etc. I will then confirm the best time and date for a tour of the available properties.
4) I will work with you in Ozaukee, Washington and southern Sheboygan County until I find a suitable property. Even if this means accompanying you on a multitude of tours.
5) I use an automated program that automatically e-mails you new listings as soon as they are listed with your chosen parameters. No more waiting, looking on Realtor.com or in newspapers only to find that a property that suites is already gone. Buyers typically log on to Realtor.com or the equivalent as a means of getting listing info. These access points are typically 48 hours behind Realtor access that you will be receiving.
